The objective of this project is was to improve the image of the car and add value to the package by giving it more plush looks. To give the product a unique identity for competing with similar looking cars and make it a benchmark in styling.

"Micro Passenger Vehicle" project was undertaken as 'A Transportation Concept for India' - intending to design a Micro passenger vehicle which will be used for Intra City Transport.

Features:
Considering present and future styling trends, the Form of the vehicle was considered to be a fine piece of styling with new identity in its class and also in over all automotive market.

The vehicle was designed such that at a time it can carry 2‐Adults and 2‐Kids and minimum 2 VIP mantra bags 429 x 299 x 186mm. Also, adequate head and leg room, easy in and out access, better front and side visibility.

It's a light weight structure and the top of the vehicle was kept optional (hard top or a convertible). The size of the product was kept compact considering the existing traffic and parking problem with innovative design solutions.

And finally, a low cost vehicle (Approx. Rs.1, 50, 000) with environment friendly Power plant with fuel consumption of 25‐40 Kmpl, maximum speed 60Kmph and will be a mass produced.

Also, the Safety of the passenger in terms of protection from out‐side weather as well running stability of vehicle was looked into while designing the product.
