Introduction

The importance of Mental Health or Mental illness became known to us or considered to be important in well being in the last few decades. Even though people are talking about it as a major issue now and people are more open to it, most people suppress it because it's still considered unnatural. The major reason being the strange myths or fixed ideas they have about mental illness.

People often think it happens as a part of huge trauma or incidents that have happened to the patient's life. It's not that simple. Sometimes it hard to explain because it's not easy as that. The reasons don't always have to be straight like that, and most of them don't talk about it because it's not really easy to understand.

This project, which is a short Motion Comic, is narrated in the hope of making the readers familiarise with the Mental health and illness. Even though it's common, it's not communicated properly, and the importance is lost and misunderstood a lot. Other than familiarising, it may help understand the other person's suffering and also relate to oneself.

This project only focuses on two main issues, Atelophobia and Anorexia nervosa. It narrates the suffering of oneself and how one sees the other. Their thoughts, ups, downs, how they deal with it and struggles. Other than awareness, it might help create empathy for the once suffering and help others, which can cause a big difference in the other's life. Even a small gesture can make a difference in the mind of others.
