Even though everyone is aware of the term pottery and wheel pottery, people might not be really familiar with the term studio pottery. Here are a few of studio pottery techniques and the various steps involved in that. I tried to explain every step through photographs, so that there is a better sense of clarity. And these processes are greatly dependent on the skill of the designer and it’s not monotonous and orthodox as in case of wheel pottery. And hence it is more profitable and a good emerging field of design.
