The main attraction is the remarkable courtyard within the building which is filled with trees and greenery which creates an image of garden with well-planned air ventilation within the building. The building is climatologically sound with blue sun shading devices which breaks the direct sunlight streams into the space. The Centre is used for various cultural functions such as theatre performances, art exhibitions, film shows which creates a space for highlighting the creativity of artists.
