The book will contain three segments of kingdom Animalia that fall under the category of “Threatened” in the IUCN red list. Namely;

Critically endangered (CR), Endangered (EN) and Vulnerable (VU)

Each category will feature roughly 10 creatures that are both charismatic and otherwise. There will be a collection of illustrations that emphasise the form and beauty of each animal, an infographic representation of their ecosystem, their habitats in India and their size with respect to the average Indian person. Along with this, information on the cause of their threatened state and the possible consequences of their disappearance will also be highlighted.

For example:

The image given below is an icon representing the forest ecosystem to which animals like the pangolin, clouded leopard etc. belong to.

      Throughout the book, an element of fun has also been added to the animals to add to the reading experience of the book as a whole.
