Design Process followed was:
User Studies:
A primary data collection in form of user studies was done to understand the users. Observation of Education was done in few remove village schools in Pune District. The user studies included visits to schools, observing the learning and teaching process, talking to teachers, visiting the homes of a few students, talking to the parents and the children themselves.
Secondary Data:
The secondary study included finding out projects that were done in IDC and on-going industry projects. Then a brainstorming session was done along with mind maps to jot down all the data in a consolidated manner. Next the analysis of the user studies was done with a list of goals, problems and possible solutions. Then different domains were identified in which ideas would be developed.
Ideation:
After the research was done, a few concepts were developed that would be probable solutions to the problems. Various domains were explored to come up with few applications.
Prototyping:
Next work on the prototype.
Feedback:
User feed back is based on the prototype.
