Rachana Kala Mahavidyalaya Institute is an Ahmednagar, Maharashtra-based art and handicraft center that conducts multiple courses. Ms. Varsha Shekatkar being the founding member and Mr. Prashant Shekatkar, the principal of the institute, has run the organization since 1998. Coming to corn husk flowers, here, an artisan takes only around 20 minutes to complete the making, which comes in varied sizes like from 4 inches to more, as per the customer requirement. a handicraft hub producing corn husk and dry chilli flowers, socks dolls, thread jewelry, and many more while being an income source for many women residing nearby.
