How to Make Water Colour

  • Printer-friendly version
  • A hand made sheet or water color paper is used.

  • Apply water on the wrong side of the paper.

  • Turn the paper to the right side.

  • The desired drawing ismade ont the right side of the paper.

  • Wide patches of water applied on the required areas(accordingto drawing).

  • The required colors are applied.

  • The remaininig dry areas are also coloured accordingly.

  • Dry brush can be used for certain parts of the drawing.

  • The background is completed accordingly.

  • The light and shade deailling is done.

  • Dry strokes can be used for same deatailing.

  • Final touches are given to complete the watercolor.
