Mumbai Suburban Railway system is part of the public transport system of Mumbai The system carries more than 6.9 million commuters on a daily basis and constitutes more than half of the total daily passenger capacity of the Indian Railways itself. It has one of the highest passenger densities of any urban railway system in the world. But some information graphic at the stations and platform are badly designed, and provide insufficient information. Some of the ticket counters are not working properly, resulting large waiting queue of commuters. It is quite frustrating to find the destination station and other information to the commuter who is new in the city.
